Delete your Refitt account

You can permanently delete your Refitt account and all data associated with it at any time, directly from the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Refitt and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Account, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your profile, body metrics, health conditions, goals, preferences, workout and diet plans, weight and water logs, workout history, meal history and any meal photos, reminders, and notification subscriptions. Meal photos are stored only as small thumbnails, are automatically removed 90 days after logging, and are deleted immediately when you delete your account.

Encrypted backups age out automatically within 30 days of deletion. No personal data is kept beyond that window.

Can't access the app?

Email support@refitt.app from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account for you.

You can also export a copy of your data from Settings before deleting your account.
