Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Refitt ("Refitt", "we", "us") governing your use of the Refitt app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Not medical advice
Refitt provides general fitness and nutrition guidance for information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Consult a professional before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop any activity that causes pain and seek help. You use the Service at your own risk.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Refitt. By using the Service you confirm that you are.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information — your plans are generated from what you enter. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Refitt offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play; refunds are handled under Google Play's policies. We may change prices or features with reasonable notice.
5. AI features
Meal scanning and other AI features produce estimates that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, allergy, or other critical decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no scraping, and no reselling or disrupting the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, software, and branding, belongs to Refitt and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own fitness journey. The data you enter remains yours.
8. Termination
You may stop using Refitt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service and its users.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Refitt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its guidance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under local consumer law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
